Dear All,
We would like to tell you about a new position that has come up within Ecoworks - that of Volunteers, Training and Marketing Co-ordinator, based on our exciting new 12.5 acre site in Woodborough called "PIP" - Permaculture in Practice. This project will demonstrate innovative models for creating sustainable food production enterprise, using permaculture design systems to create diverse, beautiful and highly productive market and forest gardens.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled individual with experience of working with volunteers and the wider community with a passion for Ecoworks ethos and in delivering environmentally related educational activities to a diverse range of people.
Only completed applications will be considered, no CV's please. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 14th December, and interviews will be held on Tuesday 21st December.
As part of the interview there will be a 10 minute presentation, addressing the following: "why is developing Local Food systems so important in terms of sustainability?"
