Course Description Many organisations find it difficult to balance the need to work with public bodies and to challenge unfair practice. This one day workshop explores how to use the principles of public law and Compact to challenge unjust and unfair decision making by public bodies. What level is this course for and who should attend? All levels Voluntary and community sector organisations What will participants learn? •Develop an understanding of the principles of public law and the Compact •Identify when a public body has not acted lawfully, or has failed to comply with the Compact •Understand the actions available to you.
