Hi there everyone, The festive season is nearly upon us, why not escape the Christmas frenzy and come to the St Anns Community Orchard where we will be celebrating our 100th Activity Day, how about that! Our Winter Extravaganza, will be taking place this Sunday 20th December between 1-5pm (note different times to normal events). We will be lighting up the orchard with candles after dusk turning it into a truly magical place, and we will be launching some wonderful Flying Lanterns off into the sky to celebrate our 100th Activity day. Not only that , but there will be mosaic workshop with local artist Anna who will be finishing our beautiful new sign for the Orchard. We’ll also have Clare Bull another local artist will be running another workshop making beautiful lanterns that can be taken home. These workshops will be running between 1-3.30pm, so come early so as not to be disappointed. We will have a lovely roaring fire to gather around and keep warm with fresh homemade soup and mince pies on the day. It always is a wonderful event so wrap up warm and get into the festive spirit!
Rachel.
