Looking to set up a PA database

We are looking to set up a PA database to provide families in receipt of direct payments with a list of potential applicants who would be interested in doing further PA work. There is a current demand for PA’s that we are struggling to fill in a timely manor. It can sometimes take up to 6 months for roles to be filled hence the need for the database.
